SynIQ — Terms of Use

SynIQ is an online practice and learning platform for school students in Grades 3–8, operated by SysMindX ("SysMindX", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Parent account: Must be created by an adult (18+) using a valid Indian mobile number. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create under your account.

Student (child) account: Created by a parent inside the platform. Children access the platform using a 4-digit PIN through the parent's device or their own.

One parent account may hold multiple child profiles. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

SynIQ offers paid subscriptions for access to practice content. Subscriptions are annual and expire on 31 March each year regardless of when you subscribe within the academic year.

Founding member pricing is available for a limited number of early subscribers and is locked at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for GST; no GST invoice will be issued.

Full refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not accessed any chapter content, we will issue a full refund with no deductions.

No refund: Once any chapter or practice session has been accessed, no refund will be issued, regardless of how much content remains unused. This applies per subject.

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or PIN with people outside your household
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or your child's grade
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

All content on SynIQ — including question banks, explanations, illustrations, and design — is the exclusive property of SysMindX. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Questions are aligned to NCERT syllabi. NCERT materials are government of India works and are used under public-domain provisions; our original content and presentation remain our intellectual property.

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, content, or pricing with reasonable notice.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via the registered mobile number or within the app at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

SynIQ is a practice tool and does not guarantee any specific exam result or academic outcome. To the extent permitted by law, SysMindX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
